25 Year Structural Warranty – Maintenance Guide

To maintain the strength and integrity of your cabin, we provide easy-to-follow maintenance guidelines, helping you preserve the value of your investment for years to come.

  • Annual Check for any movement, rust, or damage.
  • Ensure all fasteners and fixings are secure.

Sub floor Systems

  • Every 12 – 18 Months
  • Inspect for water pooling, erosion, and rust or corrosion on steel components.

  • Twice Annually (Spring & Autumn)
  • Check roof for corrosion, loose fixings, and water ingress.

Drainage & Site Conditions

  • Every 6-12 Months
  • Confirm stormwater is directed away from the cabin, and drainage channels are clear.

To keep your cabin in top condition and ensure your warranty remains valid, owners are responsible for regular inspection and maintenance.
