Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to get started?
To begin the process, we’ll need some basic information about your site – such as the address, site plans, and any application overlays. This helps us assess feasibility and guide you through the next steps with confidence.
I have a sloping site; can you build on this?
Yes, we can. Our cabins are designed to adapt to a variety of site conditions, including sloping or uneven terrain. We’ll work with you to find a solution that fits both the landscape and your vision.
What eco-friendly materials do you use?
Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We use responsibly sourced timber, durable steel framing, and low-emission, environmentally certified materials to ensure a minimal ecological footprint – without compromising on design or quality.
Do you assist with planning approvals?
Yes. We guide you through the planning process and can manage approvals on your behalf. Our team is experienced with local regulations across multiple regions, ensuring a smooth path from concept to construction.
Can we customise your cabin design?
Absolutely. While we offer a range of thoughtfully designed floor plans, each cabin can be tailored to suit your specific needs, lifestyle, and site conditions. Customisation is a key part of our design process.
Where do you deliver your cabins?
We currently deliver across New South Wales and Victoria – subject to site access and relevant planning approvals. If you’re unsure about your location, feel free to get in touch with us to discuss feasibility.
Are the cabins delivered fully finished and ready to move into?
Yes. Each cabin is built off-site and delivered as a complete, turnkey product. Once utilities are connected, your cabin is ready for immediate use – no additional building works required.
How long does it take to build a cabin?
Once design and approvals are finalised, the off-site construction process typically takes around 14 weeks. Timelines may vary slightly depending on the scope of your project and site logistics.
Are your cabins suitable for part or fully off-grid living?
Yes. Our cabins are well-suited for both part and fully off-grid setups. We can incorporate a range of sustainable systems into your design, including solar power, battery storage, rainwater harvesting, greywater treatment, and composting or waterless toilets. Whether you are looking to reduce your environmental impact or build in a remote location without access to services, we can tailor your cabin to support a more self-sufficient lifestyle.
